Talk to people who get it. At 2 AM, if that’s when the question comes.

A free group for pancreatitis patients and the people looking after them. Ask anything and get straight answers. Members get 10% off the book.

The 2 AM question. Who do you ask?

The internet is a swamp, and the questions you feel stupid asking pile up between appointments.

Then picture the next question that keeps you up. Severe pain still goes to the ER; everything else, ask here.

You post the question in your own words. Someone who’s been through it answers it, often me. Next week you post a win: a restaurant dinner that went fine.

I’m Stepan. Severe acute necrotising pancreatitis in 2023 and 2025, 2 intensive care stays, 2 Czech hospitals. It’s my group.

I’m a patient, not a doctor. I’ll tell you what I did and what the guidelines say. Your own team decides what’s right for you.

How joining works

  1. Tap the button. Skool opens the group page.
  2. Join with your email.
  3. Say hello in Start here: just discharged, a few months in, years in, or caring for someone.
Is it really free?

Yes, and what’s free stays free. There are 2 paid tiers for people who want more (a new meal plan every month, live calls), and they’re optional.

Do I have to post before I can see things?

No. Every free course is open from the day you join.

Do I need a card?

No. Skool asks for your name and email.

Can anyone see what I post?

The group is public, so posts can be read by visitors. Use a first name only if you like, and don’t post anything you wouldn’t tell a stranger.

Is it medical advice?

No. It’s patients sharing what worked for them. Anything urgent goes to your own team or the ER.
