About the book
Who is this book for?
Anyone living with pancreatitis, and the people cooking for them. I wrote it from my own experience, hospitalized twice, then building the system that keeps me out of hospital.
Does it cover acute or chronic pancreatitis?
Both. I went through acute pancreatitis twice, close to chronic, and much of the book applies to chronic patients too. The food rules, the fat budgeting, and the daily system carry across.
Is this medical advice?
No. I'm a patient, not a doctor. This is what worked for me and what I learned the hard way, written patient to patient. Always run any change past your own medical team.
Is it only food and recipes?
Food is the core, but the book goes wider. I'm adding sections on wellbeing, mindfulness, and mental health, because living with pancreatitis wears on more than your diet.
Are the recipes in grams or cups?
Both. Every recipe lists metric and imperial, so you don't have to convert anything.
What format is it, and can I read it on my phone?
PDF and EPUB. Read it on a phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader. No app needed.

Yes. The book grew from 60 to 75 recipes in September 2026, and the plan is to reach 120, likely more. Recipe expansions are free for every buyer, along with corrections. In the past month we already went from 60 to 75 recipes, so this is a living and expanding project. The separate meal-plans are not a part of this expansion.
