These Terms of Service govern your use of pancreaszen.com and the purchase of digital products from Chilliez Entertainment s.r.o. (“PancreasZen”, “we”). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
The products
PancreasZen sells digital products, including an e-book and related materials, and may offer a paid community and one-to-one sessions. Products are delivered digitally. Descriptions and prices are shown on the relevant product page.
Who you are buying from
The seller is Chilliez Entertainment s.r.o., IČO 02571579, DIČ CZ02571579, nám. T. G. Masaryka 1281, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file C 97519, represented by its managing director (jednatel) Štěpán Hlucháň. We take the payment through Stripe, issue your invoice, apply any tax that is due, and handle refunds and support ourselves. There is no third-party platform between you and us. Stripe’s terms cover the payment processing in addition to these terms.
Licence and use
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files.

Refunds

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
