The 30-day guarantee
If a PancreasZen product is not right for you, email hello@pancreaszen.com within 30 days of purchase and I will refund what you paid. No forms, no interrogation. The risk of trying is on me, not on you.
How refunds are processed
Purchases are sold by my company, Chilliez Entertainment s.r.o., and processed through Stripe. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days of approval, depending on your bank. Any VAT or tax collected at checkout is refunded with the purchase.
Digital products and your EU right of withdrawal
You keep your statutory rights in full. EU law does let a seller of instantly delivered digital content ask you to waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right at checkout. I do not ask you to waive it and I do not rely on it. My 30-day money-back guarantee runs longer than that statutory right, has no conditions attached and applies to every purchase, so there is nothing you can lose by buying.
Subscriptions
If you join a paid subscription (for example the community), you can cancel any time to stop future billing. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period unless required by law.
