There’s no support desk here. Mail comes to me and I answer it myself, usually within a day or two. I read all of it, including the messages telling me I got something wrong.
Orders, downloads and refunds
Email me with the address you bought with and I’ll sort it. The Refund Policy covers the 30-day money-back guarantee, and you don’t have to explain yourself to use it.

Write to press@pancreaszen.com and tell me what you need and by when. I am happy to talk about what the gap in patient guidance actually looks like from the bed.
What I can’t answer
Whether a specific food is safe for you, what your labs mean, or what to do about symptoms right now. I’m a patient who did a lot of reading, not a clinician, and I don’t know your history. Take those to your own team, and if something is going wrong today, go to hospital rather than waiting for my reply. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Who you’re buying from
PancreasZen is published and sold through Chilliez Entertainment s.r.o., my own company, based in Zlín, Czech Republic. VAT and tax rules mean the sale has to be invoiced by a registered business rather than by me personally, so that is the name on your receipt and your card statement.
