PancreasZen is written and published by me, Štěpán Hlucháň. Chilliez Entertainment s.r.o. is the company I invoice through. I set it up in 2014 for unrelated work, which is where the name comes from, and it has no bearing on what is in the book. VAT and tax rules mean a sale has to be invoiced by a registered business rather than by me as a private person, so PancreasZen is published and sold through the company. One person is behind both.
Seller of record
Everything sold on pancreaszen.com is sold and invoiced by Chilliez Entertainment s.r.o. Payments run through Stripe. Your card statement and your invoice will both show Chilliez Entertainment s.r.o. rather than PancreasZen, so that is the name to look for when you check a charge.
There is no third-party platform between you and us. We take the payment, issue the invoice, apply any tax due, and handle refunds and support ourselves. Full terms are in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
Supervision and consumer disputes
Consumer protection supervision is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Inspectorate for the Zlín Region, coi.cz.
If we cannot settle a complaint between us, consumers in the EU can start out of court dispute resolution (ADR) with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority at adr.coi.cz. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025 and is no longer available.
