Your Safe Foods Checklist
Here it is. One page, the list I wish someone had handed me on the way out of hospital. Pick the paper size you print on.
Type your email and the checklist opens right here. A copy goes to your inbox too.

What to do with it
- Print it and put it on the fridge, where you actually stand at seven in the evening wondering what to cook.
- Take a photo of it for your phone, so it is with you in the supermarket.
- Write on it. Cross out what your body does not tolerate, add what it does. Every pancreas is different, and the list is only a starting point.
The same checklist is pinned in the community
If you would rather ask a person than read a page, the free PancreasZen community is where people work out what they can eat, day by day. The checklist is pinned in there, along with recipes and the questions nobody puts on a discharge sheet.
Where the rest of it lives
The checklist is the smallest piece of a much larger system: fat budgets in actual grams, the five-meal structure, how to reintroduce food without gambling, and what to do when a flare starts. That is the book.
A copy of these links is in your inbox too, so you can find them again later. Questions, or the download will not open? Reply to that email, or write to hello@pancreaszen.com. This checklist is general information from one patient to another, not medical advice. See the medical disclaimer.
